You could meet your future mentor on Feb. 24.
That’s the day of the Kansas City Business Journal‘s annual Bizwomen Mentoring Monday event. The event is designed to bring together experienced businesswomen and young professionals looking for guidance. It works similarly to “speed dating” — mentors line the perimeter of the room, and “mentees” have brief conversations with a few of them throughout the morning.
More than 80 businesswomen have signed up to be mentors this year. The event will take place at Fiorella’s Event Space, 9000 W. 137th St., Overland Park.
